How to get the most out of your attorney consultation

We offer consultations at a reduced hourly rate to residents in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and throughout Southwest Florida.

Dori O'Donnell of Grossman Law and Conflict Management

Dori O’Donnell

When you call our firm to schedule a consultation with attorney Keith Grossman or attorney Danielle Levy you can anticipate talking with Dori O’Donnell, our paralegal who is in charge of customer relations. She will ask you some questions to gather basic information for Keith and Danielle prior to the consultation. Are you concerned about the risk of paying more than you can afford in alimony or child support? Is there a family business? Is there a history of domestic violence? The more information you share with us the better we will be able to advise you, and it will allow us to properly tailor the consultation to your needs and questions.

Dori will direct you to complete the Client Intake Form on our website. You can complete and submit the Client Intake Form in advance of your appointment or complete it in our lobby before your scheduled appointment time.

We recommend that you write down all the questions you have before meeting with an attorney. Bring the list in with you and check off the items as they are addressed. For most people, the divorce or family law process can be daunting. We understand that. Even if you aren’t able to make a list, we can help you identify issues in your potential family law case. This will help you make the most of your consultation. Some people choose to bring another family member or confidant with them for support and an extra set of ears.
